Two things I just have to share. Now.

This isn't something I usually do – although I'm busting at the seems at the moment with information I want to share.  Over the next few weeks you might find a few of these random posts popping up to share something cool with you.

I have two things I want to tell you (and MANY of my Australian readers are in long weekend mode… must say how awesomely lucky you are!).

#1.  Tuesday, 2nd of October is the launch of Smiling Mind.

Smiling Mind is modern meditation for young people. It is a unique web and App-based program, designed to help bring balance to young lives. It is a not-for-profit initiative based on a process that provides a sense of calm, clarity and contentment.

On tuesday, a mass meditation or 'med mob' in to be held at Melbourne's Federation Square.  The launch will see the release of our guided meditation programs via the website and the free App. Essentially, we are trying to take meditation into the mainstream and make it (and its benefits!) as accessible as possible.

Check out Smiling Mind's Facebook Page.

What a wonderful idea!  Get yourself down to Fed square tuesday morning at 10am to see what all the noise (or lack of) is about and support this wonderful concept.
#2.  YOU WIN.
The response to the Spring Body Cleanse has been huge.  So we're running it!  You win.  That means, the more the merrier now that we have decided to go ahead based on your noisy response.  Not sure of this 'cleanse' talk?  Check it out here.  So, if you're keen but still haven't registered – please email us, with 'cleanse' as the subject heading. We'll be in touch as to what happens next.
Just two things, to add to your new week to make them happier and healthier.

Great to see the good word about Smiling Mind is spreading. My lovely friend who is a teacher of mindfulness and also a very caring psychologist helped to develop the app and I couldn’t be prouder to see it taking off and brightening people’s lives!
